era4dPrivacy Policy

This page describes what we collect when you use era4d and how we keep that data protected. Our privacy commitments are straightforward: we collect only what's necessary to operate your account, process payments, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we use industry-standard encryption to safeguard your details.

When you open an account on era4d, we ask for your email, name, date of birth, and address. Later, when you request your first withdrawal, we ask for government ID and proof of residence to verify your identity. All this information stays within our systems and is shared only with payment processors, verification partners, and authorities if legally required. This policy explains exactly what we do and why.

If you have questions about how we handle your data after reading this policy, contact our support team via the methods listed at the end of this page.

What Data We Collect on era4d

We collect personal information in several categories. When you create an account, we ask for email address, full name, date of birth, and residential address. This information is essential for account creation and identity verification. We also collect payment information—bank account details or mobile wallet identifiers—when you fund your account via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet.

When you request a withdrawal, we collect government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driver's licence) and proof of residence (utility bill, bank statement, or tax document). We use these documents to verify you are the legitimate account holder and to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. Once verified, we store a record of the verification date and outcome in your account.

We also automatically collect technical data: your IP address, device type, operating system, and browser information. This helps us detect fraudulent access attempts, prevent account takeovers, and optimise platform performance. We log every action on your account—logins, wagers, deposits, withdrawals—and store these logs indefinitely for audit and dispute resolution.

We do not collect or store payment card details directly

All card and bank transfers go through certified payment processors. We never see your full card number or bank credentials—only your payment method and transaction confirmation.

How We Use Your Data

We use your personal information primarily to operate your account and process transactions. Your email allows us to send account notifications, promotional announcements, and security alerts. Your name and address are linked to your account for identification and legal compliance. Your date of birth confirms you meet eligibility requirements for our service.

Payment information is used solely to process deposits and withdrawals. We never use your bank details or wallet identifiers for any other purpose. When you request a withdrawal, we verify your identity using your ID and proof of residence—this is a legal requirement under anti-money-laundering and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. Once verified, we may retain a copy of your documents in our secure system for audit purposes.

Technical data (IP address, device info) helps us improve platform security and detect unauthorised access. We analyse usage patterns to identify fraud, prevent account takeovers, and optimise server performance. We do not use this data to build behavioural profiles or sell insights to advertisers.

Such disclosures happen only when we receive a valid legal order. We do not share your data with marketing partners, data brokers, or affiliates for commercial purposes.

Data Storage and Security

We store all personal information on secure servers with encryption (TLS/SSL) protecting data in transit and at rest. Our servers may be located outside your jurisdiction—including potentially outside Indonesia—but we maintain the same security standards regardless of location. We use password hashing to store your login credentials; we never store plain-text passwords. Your account balance and transaction history are encrypted in our database.

We maintain access controls limiting who can view your data. Only authorised era4d staff members can access your account information, and only for legitimate operational reasons (customer support, fraud investigation, compliance audits). We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing to identify and fix vulnerabilities. We do not retain your data longer than necessary—typically three to seven years for account records, longer if required by law or for dispute resolution.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences (language, theme). These cookies are essential for the platform to function; you cannot use era4d without them. We also use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with our platform—which games are popular, which pages have high bounce rates—so we can improve user experience. These cookies do not personally identify you; they track behaviour in aggregate.

We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising or retargeting. Our analytics partner may process anonymised data to generate reports, but they cannot identify individual users. You can clear cookies from your browser at any time, but this will log you out of your era4d account. We do not honour "Do Not Track" signals because our essential cookies are necessary for account functionality.

Your Rights and Data Requests

You have the right to access your personal data. You can request a copy of all information we hold about you by contacting our support team. We will provide this information within 30 days at no cost. You also have the right to correct inaccurate data—if your address or phone number is wrong, you can update it directly in your account settings or request our help.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal constraints. If you close your account, we will delete most personal information after a retention period (typically 3–7 years depending on regulatory requirements). However, we may retain transaction records, ID documents, and other data as required by anti-money-laundering and gambling regulations. We will not delete data if we have a legal obligation to keep it.

To exercise these rights, contact our support team with a clear request. Include your account email and describe the data you are requesting (access, correction, or deletion). We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

International Data Transfers

Our servers may be located in countries outside Indonesia and your own jurisdiction. When you use era4d, your data may be transferred to and stored in these locations. We ensure all transfers are protected by encryption and contractual safeguards. We do not transfer data to jurisdictions without adequate data protection unless we have explicit legal justification (e.g., payment processing or regulatory compliance).

By using era4d, you consent to the international transfer of your data. If you do not wish for your data to be transferred internationally, you cannot use our service. We cannot segregate your data geographically—our platform architecture requires centralised data handling for security and fraud prevention.
